General Rental Information

  • All stays are "Full Week" rentals from Friday to Friday

  • Check-In: 4PM and after

  • Checkout By 10AM

House Rules

  • Max Occupancy: 13 people

  • Must be 30+ years old to rent (person booking must be staying at property)

  • Tenant is to furnish all linens, towels, and paper products

  • No parties or events; Ocean Ridge is a quiet neighborhood

  • 6 parking spaces

  • No pets allowed on property

  • No smoking/vaping on property
